Novotel London Canary Wharf

We had a wonderful time at Novotel London Canary Wharf. I stayed there with my family to celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday. The service was excellent from reception right through to the end of our two-night, three-day stay. Food was delicious too. We truly enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend it.

We had a lovely stay at Novotel London Canary Wharf. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-located with easy access to the mall, transport links, great restaurants around Canary Wharf. The rooms are stylish and comfortable, with beautiful views of the London skyline. The highlight was the rooftop bar, Bōkan 37, offering stunning panoramic views and a great atmosphere. Staff were friendly and professional throughout my stay. Miss May was superb and helpful with my reservation and needs. We got a free room upgrade with the sea view. Overall, a great choice for both business and leisure stays in London.

It was a great experience , staff was great especially during breakfast having a little chat was great to begin the day , breakfast was very good. It’s near the jubilee and Elisabeth line so no problem to join the city. Plenty of shopping center nearby. Just one little ick , the water pressure was too low in my opinion so the shower wasn’t that enjoyable. Otherwise the hotel was great and I recommend it if you want to have a very nice view of the center of London.

Here on business March 2026. Recently renovated rooms and lovely spa, pool ,gym area. Stayed in Executive Suite with robe and slippers, great view from room and bar! Bar staff knowledgable on all the drinks. Reception staff super helpful as well. Would stay again close to Canary Wharf businesses and tube stop.

Great stay at Novotel Canary Wharf. The hotel is modern, clean, and in a great location with amazing views. Rooms were comfortable and well maintained. A special thanks to May, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. Her warm and professional service really made the stay feel welcoming and memorable. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

My family and I came to London from different countries and stayed at Novotel Canary Wharf for five days. We were all impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. We were welcomed by Kristina at reception, who immediately made us feel at home. She answered all of our questions and also recommended places to visit around London, which was really helpful. The hotel has a great location and offers an amazing view of central London. The staff in the breakfast area were fantastic, and the rooms were excellent. The food, service, and overall atmosphere were a solid 10/10. We will definitely come back!

Nice room, great view, lovely bar, good location and friendly staff. The room had a bit of a strange smell whwn we first entered, the double bed was two singles put together and there wasnt any hand cream in the room, but other than that, everything was great. The pool and sauna were a nice touch. I would definitely stay again if I needed to be local to canary wharf.

Ive stayed here multiple times over the course of the past 3 years, It was absolutely amazing and I couldn't fault it. Starting off the location was a nice quiet area in the heart of Canary Wharf and located very close to a lot of nice restaurants and Bars, not to mention the 2 tube stations all within a 5 minute walk. The reception staff (didn't get their names sadly) were very professional and polite, I was even pleasantly surprised by a free room upgrade and some complementary Bombay gin for my anniversary with my partner on my most recent stay! (01/02/26) Each of my stays have always been accommodated with upgrades where available The rooms were very spacious and clean and included clean and tidy beds with a stocked mini fridge, a large screen TV, multiple storage stations and a Safe! The bathrooms were very well decorated and included a toggle-button privacy screen (not included in every room). The views from our room were amazing too! We could see all of the main attractions of London and Canary Wharf from our bed. The hotel has a Pool and Gym located in the basement of the building which can be accessed using a Key card. Access is limited availability but you can ask if your booking meets the requirements at the front check in desk! All very clean and spacious, except the men’s changing room. Unfortunately I found that to get quite messy at times. The hotel also includes a Rooftop bar and restaurant which features a panoramic view of the surrounding area and offers great drinks and food at nearly all hours (Hours and opening times are available throughout the hotel). Overall id rate the hotel a 10/10. 100% worth the visit and a great location in London. Will be staying here again if when im in London in the future! And thank you once again for making my anniversary feel that extra bit special :)
